Swim Lessons and Pre-Competitive Group Swimming
- Level 1: For ages 3 and up. This level is for swimmers who have little to no swimming background that still need the assistance in becoming comfortable in the water. They will start by learning breath control and putting their face in the water. Once this step is completed and mastered, they will be taught how to swim with their faces in the water (Freestyle) and how to swim on their backs comfortably and without assistance.
- Level 2 : This level is for swimmers that already know how to swim on both their front and backs without assistance and are able to recover to the standing position on their own. They will work on Freestyle, backstroke, dolphin kicking and the introduction to breaststroke legs. They will also touch on deep end skills, treading water and diving.
- Level 3: This level is for the more advanced pre-competitive group. Swimmers will work on swimming the Freestyle, Backstroke and will be introduced to the butterfly and breaststroke. Their goal is to obtain rhythms and starts for each stroke.
- Novice : This level is for swimmers that already know how to swim but along with the 4 strokes and their refinement, swimmers will work on flip turns, speed turns and diving to prepare them for the competitive team.
